Any equipment purchased from us may be returned within 7 days of delivery providing it is unopened, undamaged and in re-saleable condition. You are responsible for any shipping costs when returning an item. We are unable to accept returns of any item where the packaging has been unsealed.
In order to return an item to us, you must first contact us by raising a ticket by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject: RMA and then include the details of the equipment Make & Model and the Serial Number which should be displayed on the outside of the box. We will then issue you with an RMA number which you should include with the equipment, but please do not write it on the equipment’s box. Items should be returned inside a suitable box or container.
No refunds will be given on cancellation for prepaid calling credits, or any of our monthly services. If you are still within your initial contract period, you would still be obligated to pay any outstanding monthly fees up to the end of that period.
